A completely different tanning experience

No Show Policy – As of July 1, 2020 

As the COVID-19 situation evolves, we are getting busier and busier, but we are currently only allowed to operate at 50% capacity.  We want to ensure that we can get all our amazing clients booked in.  Because of this, we have had to update our no-show and cancellation policy. 

Please understand that when you forget and miss your booked appointment we lose the opportunity to allow another client to tan during that time.  Since the appointment is reserved for you personally, if you do not show up for your appointment, and do not call at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment time to cancel, you will be charged for your missed appointment. 

What this means: 

  • If you own a minutes package, 50% of bed max time will be deducted from your account 
  • If you own a monthly package, your package will expire one day sooner 
  • For walk ins, you will be charged 50% for your missed appointment at your next appointment 

We understand that circumstances can arise resulting in you missing your appointment.  For this reason, your first missed appointment will be a warning.
